I am a UK taxpayer and I understand that if I pay less Income and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in the relevant tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
A key benefit of core funding is that it helps to create, maintain and strengthen Scot Aid by supporting strong back office functions, facilitating organisational development and improving efficiency. This is important because it supports us to help deliver effective and strong projects on a consistent basis. It has been proven weaker organisations are less likely to deliver strong projects on a consistent basis that do not invest in its core functions.
